I can't download the Grail diary or the manual. The screen changes before I can click on download. :help:

What browser are you using? It opens a new page and opens up one of those windows that lets you select whether you want to open the file or save it, whence you begin the download.

So is it just bringing up a blank page that does absolutly nothing or what?

Just right-click the link and select e.g.(depending on the browser) "save link target as..."
