Virtualisation software.

Win16-bit can be emulated without any problems except that some emulation software requires licensing and that you should have Win3.1 Installation discs.

I saw images of Win3.11 running on DOSBox, but I never tried it.

I did install it on Virtual PC (Now Microsoft's software) together with DOS6.22. It worked fine, but not very playable with games at the time. (My PC at the time was PII 366MHz)

There is more virtual software, but only one that is free (and that is hardest to get working IMHO) is Bosh.

And where do I get that Virtual PC and Win 3.11 ? Or Bosh?

Win 3.11 is the Windows XP of fifteen years... good luck 'just' downloading it.
Virtual PC is registered software made by Microsoft (or was that Virtual Machine?). Anyway, it's probably expensive.
Never heard of Bosh.

already have Virtual PC :) but still need Win 3.11 :(

Windows 3.11 is practically the same as Windows 3.1, so try this one.

No sorry, don't try it, it's rubbish (I think)
Use google instead.
