I'm just under 9 stone (that's about 55 kilos). I haven't got an ounce of fat anywhere on my body, I think it runs in the family, appartenly my dad was the same when he was my age. I'm about medium height, maybe a little bit over. I've being meaning to do some exercise to put some more muscle on my frame but the only stuff I've managed to get myslef to do it sit-ups and going to the gym once a week with school (but that stopped a while ago).
