Don't know what to say, but really Dial-Up Connections are very costly. Infact my father disconnected the phone to avoid me using internet. He then bought a new phone (Prepaid) without internet facility for home.
Now I have a 40 kbps connection through LAN. Although slow, but still good bcoz it is very very cheap (See:- Just Rs. 225 for one month, (Rs. 47 = $1, american dollar), unlimited downloading, unlimited usage for one month.
I am using it for the last two months and it is working fine.
Infact, you won't believe, because of some problems, for three days I got speed of 1.7 Mbps and downloading speed was 180 KB/s. Then during those three days, I downloaded a great 4.6 GB of data.
