first of all, to get acces to files on user's computer you need to have permision.
you CAN'T browse through user's files, just by clicking "view his files or something". User needs to share those files for example:"shared files"(rightclick->properties->sharing) or FTP.
and if someone be such a good person to share files with you he probably wont click option"allow users to delete files"
