Four stickies is not a whole lot. Not too much at any rate. Newbies tend to ignore anything. We could make them read all the info before being allowed to join the forum and they would not read anything and yet say they did. Such is life.
I do like your idea of a previous request topic but it a less user friendly version of Tom's ongoing
project.
