He's hosting your work, he put effort in it, he gave space on his server, so politeness would be:
Ask Mr.Bill permission to host it here aswell? Would be the safiest thing to do.
That's how I think about it.
It's a bit as my boss with the work I do, he owns it, even if I do all the work.
