It's not those 215 MB that would be the problem. (I've just checked the exact size, yes.)
It's the
215 GB of transfer these 215 MB times one thousand people downloading it would generate and that's a very careful estimate (read: probably 10x lower than it should be).
Bandwidth doesn't come for free, you know.
Someone has to foot the bill.

After we had several dozen spammers hitting the forum in the run for ISO Cellar, it now requires a certain time to pass since your registration in order to access it. Apart from a small postcount requirement, that is.
