It's a lot of work, when you need a lot pictures, and you don't like to stop with what are you doing. For example, attached screen shot took me couple off seconds (press ctrl + shift + P, select region, name save file), while it would take much more to do with pain(t).*
To do it with paint, you have to capture this holding alt, , open paint and paste it to paint, crop edges, save file (change to jpg).
