Appearance: Sallow, yellowish skin with consistency issues. Eyes are milky but shrewd, most of his fingernails are chewed or melted off. He has three hairs left on his otherwise runny brown scalp. He has a strangely infectious smile.
Equipment: 10mm submachine gun for when things get personal, Combat Shotgun in his brahma pack. Pinstripe suit with a reinforced vest beneath the jacket. A stylish fedora to hide his head. At least two grenades on hand for intimidation purposes. An antique Chinese sword found in a bunker worn at his hip.
Backstory: Jules was dismayed at first when radiation melted his flesh into a cruel parody of his once-devilish good looks, but he never lost his sense of humor or charismatic speaking voice. He quickly found that wastelanders in the DC area needed a friendly face to sell their scavenged goods to or buy necessary supplies, and the caps were good. So Jules became a staple around the rickety establishments of the wasteland, relying on his good charm and muscular bodyguard Mitchell to see him through.
