After what the

:
01) You can recover the data using
Acronis True Image (during boot) and select the Folders you want to
save or recover to another Hard Drive / Pen Drive / etc.;
02) Convert
Internal HDD to External using a
HDD Case if it is not encrypted (after my experience with
Windows XP Professional

, I never encrypted Drives since then

);
03) Always use
Password Manager (example:
KeePass Password Safe for Android / PC) to avoid future problems in case of forgetting Passwords

05) If possible, make periodic Backups in the Cloud using Services like
Dropbox or Google Drive (although they are expensive...
$$$$$).
