Well basically the review has to be objective.You shouldn't write stuff like:"My opinion is that the company didn't do this right because <long line of babble here>".Nobody is interested in what you think(this sound harsh i know).It's all about guidelines:

Software company x was founded in <date + location>, by <names>.In <date> the company released their first game, <game name>.<talk about the game>, move on to the next game, or important phase in the development of the company.So on
Of course you may express your viewpoint, but don't overdo it.As i said you may consult other resources, but don't copy the exact phrases.Of course you are free to make your review as you see fit, as long as it sticks to the subject, and it provides relevant info.
