Sorry to hear so man...
I could never even think of turning my computers off, but I guess I don't live in a hot area like you guys. I mean, even during summer it would never be more than 25 degrees, inside. And just to be on the safe side I've put my two computers next to my mini fridge which keeps them nice and cool
