The sticky have absolutly nothing to do (or to help) about this problem. I suggest you read his problem a little better.
Pazzer: this is probably due to some malware installed on your computer. If you don't know what spywares and malwares are then I suggest you download Ad Aware SE Personal ASAP and run it.
