Can we put up a page every guest must go through before reaching the forums? I am thinking about a very tidy page with just a very few, but all important rules, written short and snappy so there is no way they can miss the message.
Something like this perhaps: NO SPAMMING OF ANY KIND OR CALIBER NO ASKING FOR WAREZ (THAT INCLUDES ESA PROTECTED GAMES) NO LINKS OR INFO ON WAREZ (ESA PROTECTED GAMES STILL INCLUDED)
