I'm sure we all have those moments where you look at something and just think "wtf did they do it that way?" I had one this afternoon, when I was trying to pull apart an IBM server in a rack. Instead of using Phillips-head screws like most computer manufacturers, IBM use flathead screws. They have forever as far as I know. Trying to work with those things horizontally and not drop any into the floor cavity isn't fun at all. So yeah, I'd like to find the person who decided that IBM boxes would use flathead screws and ask what the hell they were thinking at the time.

If you could find the person responsible for something that just makes you go :crazy: and ask them what they were thinking at the time, who would you ask and what would you ask about?
