Shadow of the Comet CD Installation
I dunno. Every version I downloaded from the internet has the same problem. After mounting the iso, I run the install exe. It runs just fine and I can select at first the language. Next screen where you can choose between Install, Options, Language and Exit is also fine, but clicking on either Options or Install just starts a series of command boxes with invisible text, so I can't choose stuff like CD Drive and directory of installation or whatever I have to do. :\

I've installed it successfully a while back with an older version of DOSBox... 0.71, I think

Just tried it with my image and DOSBox 0.73. Didn't have any problems. Maybe you could try setting cycles max before starting the installation, but I don't think that had much impact. Sorry, I couldn't repro that screen
 Edit: added installation directory  It's installed to c:\INFOGRAM\SHADOW.CD, the standard path, with soundblaster configured. I have the standard config in DOSBox with IRQ 7.

I hope Fifth hasn't started to do that preinstalled version yet. I've succeded by using the conf files hunvagy gave me. I moved both that directory and the cd contents in separate subfolders in the cdrive directory, which DOSBox uses as C:. Funny enough I can't run the installation from there, after pressing ok, it crashes. But with the directory hunvagy gave me, I was able to run the shadow.exe
which starts the game.
