It's not okay that he's ruining some of the best abandonware sites out there with his tricks. There is a simple technical ways to stop him: The Mosw.com Downloader Software depends on a list of URLs to the game files on your server. The Surfer's IP is used to send the download request to your website, along with your domain as referrer. There is a simple way to stop this guy increasing your bandwidth bill: Your game files are acessible only via dynamic URLs. These URLs turn into a 404 after they have been used one time to download a file. Without the possibility to tell his downloader software a fixed URL for each game, it's useless in the way it was built. The dynamic URL system is easy to implement, not much to change on your website and server.
