yes you will be able to download via dht and this stuff but it will never be as fast and as reliable as the tracker

TPB trackers were always there for nearly everything I d/l'd tho.
I supposed BT was usually always there, too. Never noticed it not being active for the last 3 months. Mind, I've only been seeding for a while now...
