I don't think it's just a spam bar. More likely had to do something with how are you behaving, and if you offending somebody in your posts.

it's a new addition. This was not added specifically for one member but as a tool for mods/admins to rurther crack down on unwanted elements on the board without having to immidiately throw suspensions around. Nearly all members have a warn level of 0% a few are already have a higher warn level. Good behaviour makes it go down bad makes it go up.

its a standard part of IPB (invision power board) and it can be very useful (except if your mods are unresponsible, which they are not here)

alright...can we have a list form people who got higer warning level??
So we can attack them and he must run for his life?? (just like we did 100 years ago...and still doing in some places..)
