My x-com game from here runs ok, but it is insanely fast, it means i cant scroll across the map properly, is there any way to make it run slower coz setting 1 speed is still waaay to fast.

You need CPU killer. Good one is Moslow, search thos forum, as it was discussed before.

I would advice you to check the game's thread in the general game discussion since there are some hints there. I would say try some slowdown utilities like Turbo and WinThrottle.
If you use the DOS version of the game try to run it with DOSBox.
