Textris with an X
I'd like to upload Textris here. Note the "X"--this isn't a Tetris clone. Instead of using falling shapes to make rows, this game uses falling letters to make words--and my copy is the edition that runs off the complete Scrabble Dictionary, so the vocabulary it'll accept is truly huge, and spans bits of other languages.
It's an excellent no-frills game. Starts slow (do turn on the fast-drop feature!), but speeds WAY up at the end. Challenging and huge fun. It's by Tom Hanlin, but is now freeware. it's my alltime favorite computer game--any kind, any platform.  |

Can you provide some screenshots as well? Perhaps even short review, you seem like the person to describe the game  Also, add somewhere general info about the game: publisher (or that's Tom also), year, similar games... and how would you rate it from 1 to 5.
