Looks like Intellivision was the better of two.

Intellivision was technically superior, but Atari had better marketing. It's just like the later VHS/Betamax wars. (And those Intellivision controllers were just bizarre; you can't argue with that.)

The first time I even heard of intellivision was oh, a couple of years ago?
Atari definetely had better marketing (at first anyway). Too bad that later was guided by monkeys. |
