Econs Arena

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the following game is

Computer board game from 1000 games cd
I THINK the title is ---------'s Arena
player controls 1 of 4 elements (Fire, Water, Air, Ground) eaching having their own units
The "Boss" sits in the middle of the board
The story is that the elements were fighting on earth and the guy brought them up to his realm and put them in an arena
The guy's name starts with a E I believe
