The major feature of the old incarnation of The CityLimits was the chatroom. Any of us who enjoyed it would likely boast this. I've looked at many different site architectures and have come to a great big "decision".

Since the chatroom was the sweet feature, and everybodies hip on forums.... I dashed my forums and twisted the code into a type of "live" forum. It is basically a robust chat system complete with simple user profiles and everything needed to share files between users. Platform independent... i hope.

While the bugs with the abandonia chatroom get squished(as i'm sure the staff are hard at work to resolve this... cool folks they are) come on by for a visit to poke around @ beta and say hi.
