is really cool
it's an awesome free music service, it doesn't have the stupid audio commercials like the spotify has, it doesn't have country restrictions neither the only "disadvantage" would be if someone has 5.1 speakers and wants to listen the music on all of them, because flash doesn't support that afaik

i dunno, some music company filled a lawsuit against them but they put it down and made an "agreement", at least that's what wikipedia and their blog says
