Dust - A Tale of the Wired West
The company that developed it was CyberFlix, and it was published by BMG Interactive. It was a great game, made in 1995, so it might not be considered abandonware. I'm not sure if it's ESA protected, but as far as I can tell, it isn't.

An adventure game taking place in the Wild West. Publisher and developer aren't ESA members. Sold at Amazon but Hitgaming Video Games is discounted.
