If I may ask a stupid question, it's not actually a game, is it?

It's not a game as such but it does distinctly fall into the category of entertainment. You start off in a big cinema, you can go backstage to the studio and make your own little movies with the 3D props, sets and actors provided. You could view your own creations and the films of others in the auditorium. There were also lots of pages of this talent book of actors you could find. Anyway, I remember it, it was fun and I would quite like to see it again.

Haha, me and my friend in New Jersey *still* have fun with this one!
Of all the screwed up creations you could make, especially with the power of a microphone in your hand.

Edit: Believe it or not, there are huge communities for this program despite the fact that it was developed in 1995 in the Microsoft "Kids" subsidary, there's a incredible amount of websites and etc. devoted to this magnificent tool. k:

Ahh, I remember this one. Never owned it, but I had some friends who did, and I remember wishing I had more of a chance to mess around with it. Hope you can find it, though can't help you in any way.
