I posted this message in dutch becourse its an old dutch game. It also easier for me to explain how the game worked.
Ik hoop niet dat ik de regels overtreed iedergeval dit lijkt me geen spel dat in het buitenland ook voorkomt. Het is een educatief spel dat je leert om energie zuinig te leven. Ik speelde het op de lagere school en heb het sinds dien niet weer gezien. Zo moet je karakter naar de wc leiden om te "lossen"  vervolgens kreeg je er een desbetreffende vraag over. '"Hoeveel liter water word er verbruikt tijdens het doorspoelen van de WC" Ik vroeg me af of meerdere mensen dit spel kennen en weten waar dit beschikbaar is |

Well, you should really post in English. This is an international forum after all.
That said, I remember the game. I came into contact with it at elementary, so it might have been part of some campaign or promotion. I have no idea where to get it or even if it is available.

It would be 12 - 14 years back when i played it at school (kindergarden)
it was in collor and you could control the character with the mouse (not 100% sure thought) We played it on win3.11 |

I googled around and I could only find information regarding the publisher (Malmberg).

We have a few Chech games, an Israeli game and even a Dutch game up on the site at the moment... I see no problem with the request. I doubt if we're able to find it, but still...
