Who's in charge here?
I'm was out of the loop when there appears to have been a slight changing of the guard. Now there are so many updaters the place is practically a wiki. Now, that isn't necessarily a bad thing but... when someone submits (uploads) some new content who should get notified? Does anyone monitor the FTP folders?

Notify any updater or admin, they'll bring it to the notice of rest of the updaters.

Maybe we should have a thread category for submissions (next to requests). That way any of the updaters can monitor the category and keep track of who has uploaded what. Would make the communication easier.
