I'm not sorry for their condition, although they had lots of games, they didn't interest me and the constant lag was unbearable, good ridance.

You, sir, are not an abandonware fan. If HOTU disappears, then several thousand old games will disappear with it. It will be a huge loss for the entire abandonware scene, and to the computer gaming history. I'll try to get hold of Sarinee, and ask what is going on.
