Not sure about that. But you could order the program on their homepage if they had some in stock.

I have it as a bundle with B-hunter. It was released 2001. The publicer for that bundle PocketPrice, dosnt exist anymore, but the "developer" Midas Interactive (midasinteractive.com/) do. There site says nothing on Hopkins FBI tough.
