Has anyone ever actually emailed the developers and/or publishers of a game sold on CDAccess to see if they're an authorised reseller?

It's definitely something worth looking into, I reckon. If CDAccess buy up some wholesale outfit's remaindered stock, as I suspect they must do in the case of many of the older games in their inventory, that puts them on roughly the same legal footing as someone selling their personal copy on eBay.
