Wow! I can't believe you guys got this one. I just found this site a few days ago and I absolutely love it. One thing I did notice was that you didn't have any of the Hugo series. Not that it really mattered to me... those can be some really tough games... but it's still a classic that brings back a lot of memories. Thanks Abandonia!

I remember once trying to finish Hugo's House of Horrors I bought by itself on one or two 5 1/4" floppies! I took a pumpkin, oil can, & shovel but couldn't figure out anything to do next. I must have walked through the house 20 times over 3 hours but could only operate the dumbwaiter. My want-to-be hero died about 15 times.

I played these games a couple of weeks ago, after just hearing about them. Each of the 3 took me about 7-8 hours of play to complete. Only after some stumpage did I refer to the walkthroughs.

While these games aren't as good as King's Quest or Space Quest, I think that what the *single* author managed to accomplish was astounding. It's obvious he put thought into the story. Though the graphics aren't the greatest, it is very apparent he spent time working on them.

The games were very playable, and enjoyable, and packed full of "interestingness". Perhaps enough for a 2nd go round sometime in the future. Definitely worth the addition to my collection.

i found these games on a old cd today(there were a lot of other games too, but i dont understand them so well yet..). i havent installed it because we i didn't understand how to use the cd earlier (because of the MS-DOS..)...

i guess we bought the cd for about 8$ two years ago. it loks pretty simple, but it works wery well! i also thinks the sounds are funny, and you need NO SPEAKERS!!(woho!...) i wouldnt pay wery much for it, if yoy get them on a collection-cd with many other old games you should buy it, but don't spend a lot of mony on it. but it's a lot of fun and it's not of those new games who are too big for your pc with a lot of graphics and stuff...! no loading-screens or the game goes slow..

so: if yoy don't like graphics, and LOVE paint(the program paint...), you should buy it. it's no action either yet, so i guess it's a thinking-game.

???????

Are you referring to that remake of the first game, the FPS. Cause if you are I tried that and I couldn't get out of the first level. I'm sure I went everywhere, but there was no exit.
