I remember playing a demo of this game several years ago on a PC Gamer demo disk I had borrowed from a friend.
You play as a new tank pilot working for the Nataka Corporation's Imperial Armored Cavalry.
Things however go bad quickly when a Nataka installation is attacked by a branch from the Argus Industrial Corporation, called Network 53, that are long standing allies of the Nataka Corporation.
There's no explanation given for why Network 53 attacked the installation and a full scale war is now waged against Argus.
Is it possible we can get it here in the ISO Cellar?
The game was, from what I read, self published by Mad Genius Software.
