![]() SS2 is native windows, so no. It was made during the end of the win95/98 era (1999ish) and it is a fickle beast with modern OSes. Hence the happy realization of someone actually caring about it to warrant a patch. The one you meant is probably System Shock 1.

![]() Do you know if it does anything with the encoding? Because I had managed to play SS2 in 1920x1080 in Vista x64 all right, except the speech and cutscenes wouldn't play. And I've followed the FAQs and the cutscenes play in Windows Media Player just fine... >_< I'd blame the resolution, but what about the in-game speech...?
I'll take a look at this...
