What's with Google?
Every time I try to use their webpage I get instead this stupid result: blank screen and a "save whatever" popup.
WTF?

I don't quite know but I think it's Firefox doing that, not the website

If it'd be Firefox, then it'd do it with all websites.
This is google.com-exclusive.

I'm not saying that it doesn't happen at Google only... But have you tried Google with another browser? I assure you this isn't happening to everyone who visits Google :-) Your file custom settings seems to be borked.
