I'm talking about THESE RULES...
It's been happening quite a lot lately, that I've posted some links to old (not closed) threads about various things (Cats vs. Dogs as pets, your favourite villain,...), because there were so many things we have talked about here, that it not easy to open up a new thread without the subject being either completely useless, or talked about before... The reason I'm bringing this up is simple - these rules say people should use the search button and look for old threads... But on the other hand there are people that don't like to see old/forgoten threads reopened, not to mention the fact, that new members can't know what we tlaked about before and should look in the older then 30 days posts anyway. So should we change that rule, or inforce it more? I've generally been posting the links to the old threads so people see other opinions/comments of members who maybe aren't even active, or just don't feel talking about it again, but I'm interested in your opinion about this. |

I'm starting a new initiative of merging new threads into old threads of the same topic (it started when I merged swiss's new thread into Tom's old one).

I think Danny should, out of all the mods I think he monitors stuff the most, no offense, I mean you guys have to deal with the site and updates and all, maybe he should be the "modmaster" I think he does a pretty good job...
