![]() Hi
I've installed and ran one or 2 games through dosbox but can't get full screen - the screen just goes balnk if i press alt and enter - tho i still get the music (if i manage to get it working!). Im on a 17" tft - any ideas how i can fix this. if i try and run the games from the exe rather than thru dosbox then, if they open, they are full screen but are VERY blocky. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks Mark |

![]() Either hit alt-enter before running the game (at the DOS prompt) or edit the config file of DOSBox to start in fullscreen.
If you want to edit the config file, you should seek something in the like of Fullscreen=false and turn it to; Fullscreen=true |

![]() Might also be an idea to set Fullfixed=true and Fullresolution=1024x768 or 800x600 - I use the latter with my TFT to solve an issue I was getting with screen positioning (and DOS games were never designed to be stretched to 1024x768 anyway).

![]() I would use a smaller fullscreen resoulution, as your pc might not be able to handle the memory to run the game with a big resolution. Had a nes emulator with that problem a while back... also make sure your dos box is running in overlay instead of something more memory consuming.
