here's a picture of me at the lab in Kauai I worked at last year. It looks like I'm painting a petri dish, but I'm really trying to knock a stupid coccinellid into a greased petri dish to do a tracing of it's movement patterns. The things are so stupid, they just run in circles over and over and over...<grumbles>

well, it WAS Biology, but more specifically, I was a lab and field research assistant to a grad student working on her Masters in Polination Biology. My payment was free room and board in Kauai for six weeks, and a letter of recomendation from one of the top Entomologists/Biologists in the world, Keenan Fellow Gary Booth. It's worth billions in the academic world. My name is also going to be on her thesis, and I haven't even graduated highschool yet! w00t!
