A very good way. I think my record is blocking someone 3 seconds after she added me.

If I recognise an email adress I once blocked and somehow managed to add me again, I'll block.
Someone who blocked me (whom I them blocked) added me on their new email adress a few weeks back... Blocked instantly.. But I mean, wtf?

i had like 120 people on my messenger list(not msn though) ..all were good friends. and one day i decided to delete 100
 now i have 20 people( _r.u.s.s. you're still on my list LOL) and i feel better already ...so yeah...block them  |
