Why Vice City over San Andreas Scarface? Is it because it's got better music? Each version just gets better and better, I've heard rumours that the next version will be for PS3 only and will be completely online, that could be fun.

i remember being totaly hooked on this game, making the police get electrocuted by crossing the train tracks, and the superbike that was impossible to control.

i loved GTA 2 and felt it much improved on the original with lots of little things that are taken forgranted now. GTA III,VC,SA are excellent games but they dont have the same type of enjoyment as the first two had.

I played all of them and i enjoyed it all of them, but i think as player one, thte first two are the best. The others are ok, but, it's like, it's all the same, anyway please don't misunderstand me, i enjoyed as well the last 3 gta .

And obviously i also did the bridge thing (jumping it) and the cops thing (making them commit suicide in the train station)

I like it better than San Andreas because of the story line, characters, soundtrack... but I'm still know that San Andreas has improved the series in many aspects, making the experience even more enjoyable.

For me the GTA2 and GTA3 were still the best.
Main reason why: I don't have GTA1, GTA Vice City had the worst mf+ character anyone could've imagined (they RUINED my favorite player from GTA3 when they changed him), GTA SA would've been the greatest of all (maybe) if it hadn't been the annoying mission (I have to be honest - one is impossible).
Another great question - GTA2 had (probably) the best intro movie, filmed in live - WHY didn't they keep it up??? :blink:
P.S. I'm starting to severely HATE consoles. Look at it this way - all the games I played in the old days had PC versions as well. WHY. WHY do they wan't to cancel retails for PC????

Which is that annoying mission you're talking about??? Is the one with the RC plane??

Is that the one for Zero? I've finished the game but couldn't do that one, glad it wasn't mandatory.

Zero missions are the hardest of the game, the second one is hell...
I finished them after lots of swearing and a bit of luck :ranting: ... but I did it

I haven't actually played GTA1, but i play GTA2 all the time, and neither are 2D, if you look, all of the series have been 3D in some aspect, and no the cars ain't 3d, but the environment of both has many elements which are 3D, you can jump, can't you, you can see the side of the buildings can't you? then it's 3D, not great amazing, low to the ground back of the head view 3D, but it's still 3D. Great game, even better sequels
