I was just wondering if there's any way to run this game without Dosbox, only, Dosbox is really slow and choppy on my pc, which is a piece of trash. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated.

The only way to play this game is in pure Ms-Dos, or in Windows 98 after quitting and starting in Ms-Dos which is more suitable for today's computers. And in both cases you need an old Soundblaster standard compatible soundcard if you want to hear the sound in the game..
