As for me, best death scenes are in Space Quest. Just for fun, I counted once, and for first half-hour it was about twenty totally different deaths.

Spider-Man (ps1 to pc conversion) Monster Ock (Doc Ock with the Carnage symbiote) if you let him catch Spidey. Star Trek Starfleet Command, It's amazing you can be ejected into space if your ship exploded, I guess it's the complete crew's funeral.
