ow, that's pricey. how many GBP is 20 euros? I get 2Mbit with no usage limits for about ?25 pcm split between 4 people - it's not the cheapest but there were no costs for the modem or anything and the unlimited usage is nice.

That's a major bummer dude, for such a little amount, here I pay about $17 bucks for my cable, although it's really more of a light cable, not the fast kind, but we get I believe it's 30-40 gigs a month, although recently it's been complained on the forums that I've seen that they been throttling bit-torrent downloads, prob because a lot of people are going over that limit.

I am paying about $50 for 3MB down / 256KB up with no limit on usage.

Thinking to change it to DSL, which is half of this speed, also unlimited usage, but only costs 20 bucks.

OK this is connected to this topic, I'm usind DUmeter for monitoring my bandwith...
And it shows me that I've downloaded 20 megabytes while that normal windows conenction screen shows me 10 megabytes of received(upload shows the same as DU meter), also it showed me that I'm downloading 80 kilobytes/s(not it wasn't kilobits), which is physically impossible with my connection...

But I'm still a student so the price is relatively low.

I am on Iskon, but the point that 99kn(12€) which is a monthly provision is going to T-Com aka Deutsche Telekom, while only the traffic 35kn(7€) is going to Iskon...
Does anyone know the answer to my problem on DU meter, that gives m false readings?

EDIT: OK I've taken a look at my user pages on my provider and it says I made 123 megabytes of traffic, while DU meter shows me double, around 240, anyone got any better suggestions? Please :help:

I'm not happy because DU meter shows me bad readings, I'm not sure how much I am spending instantly(ISP updates every 10 minutes or something)...
