![]() Can't get TFX to work here either. I'm on a genuine 233MHz Pentium running Win98SE. I boot into DOS mode and (after following the prior instructions in this thread) got the game to boot and can create a new pilot. However, after choosing my pilot the menu screen for choosing what I want to play locks up the machine. Sound just plays the last note indefinitely, mouse cursor doesn't move and I have to do a hard restart of the computer.
Again, I've done everything suggested thus far: 1. Set all the files in \tfx to not be read-only. 2. Allowed the configuration routine to auto detect. 3. Launched the program with the tfx.bat file. Any other ideas? |
