Just to comment on my previous post (on start up) - i just wrote what people think about Americans, not my personal feelings or beliefs. i believe that's what the author had in mind when he wanted to know what others think about Americans.

Well another thing is interested that when they did a study asking peopel who they wouldn't want to live nextdoor with here in Slovenia they came to very strange conclusions. The study has shown that most people wouldn't want a Jew to be their neighbour. Ok no this is very, very weird. why the hell wouldn't they want a Jew as their neighbour????

Facts: there are only about 84 Jews (yes 84) in Slovenia (population-arround 2 million). I never even met one (ok except i can guess that Israeli tourist are Jews), but i never talked to one on the street or something...

So where does this hatred come from? The media seems very fair in their coverage of Israel and their problems. so it's not the media. The only other thing left is the catholic church. They shown intollerance to other groups, but it seems that they actually teach people to be intollerant toward Jews (of which only handfull lives here).

this is the main problem why a lot of people don't like USA (ok, their policies).

it's just too much and too obviously two faced. Especially this war on terror. i mean define Terrorist! Are they terrorist or are they fighting for freedom and independece? Were Kosovo Albanians terrorist or just defending their homes&families? I mean we do know some came from Albania, so they weren't defending their homes. Instead they attacked Serbian civilians and the army/police (with heavy weapons steped in). Since they didn't have any place to put "Unlaufull combatants" (whatever that means) in they simply executed them (cheaper for the tax payers who were already living in poverty). anyway suddenly USA acts to protect the "innocent" albanians (who turned out to be not so innocent).

So in this case it was wrong of Serbs to use cannons and planes to bomb terrorists, but it's ok for the US to do this in Iraq. Are those in Iraq terrorist or freedom fighters? i mean they mostly target people who are in any way helping the occupation force or the occupation force itself. so i would say they are not terrorists.

Why is USA such a close ally of Israel? What would happen if they weren't? Aren't the palestinians internal matter? why does USA want to have democracy in countries like Kyrgizistan, China... and doesen't want to have democracy in Saudi Arabia (where the most infamous "democracy" fighter Osama comes from)? There are many countries in which USA is still supporting the despotic regimes, so why not try to change those? It must be because dictators can provide order and order means that oil shipment are regular.
