Hm, I could be mistaken. Darn translators!
Chicory is a root or something, totally white, with a hint of green at the edges. It has layers like an onion, but is is much longer. As I said, the overriding taste sensation is bitter. Very very bitter. In fact, it's so bitter I challenge anyone here to actually like it.  |
