i'm looking for a game, but i don't know the name anymore. It was about seafaring in the 1490's or so. Exploring coasts of continents and discover native towns in which you could build some things and start expeditions into the continent. the overall looking of the game was like an old map (brown and beige)

i would be really happy if someone new at least the name.
