Hmm, maybe some line in configuration file(s) which needs to be changed / added to enable those circular buttons? I don't know the game so just guessing here, however I know from experience that some games (Neverwinter Nights, Gothic 1+2+3 etc.) have not all possible options available right away after fresh installation.
